Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to quote, schedule and complete your work. We don't sell your information. Here is the detail.
What we collect
- Quote and booking details you submit through our request form, by phone, text or email: name, email address, phone number, service address, photos and a description of the work.
- Job records: quotes, invoices, scheduling notes and before-and-after photos of the exterior surfaces we clean.
- Payment confirmation: we record that an invoice was paid. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Website analytics: standard, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location by IP) through analytics tools, used to improve the site.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, and send invoices and receipts.
- To send appointment reminders and job updates by text or email. Text messaging requires your consent on the request form; reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- To follow up after a job, ask for a review, and let past customers know about seasonal services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business — our scheduling and invoicing software (Jobber), payment processor, Google Analytics (anonymized website usage statistics), email and SMS delivery providers, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell or rent customer information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Customer and job records are kept for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and to load embedded tools such as the quote form and review feed. You can block cookies in your browser; the request form may not load without them, in which case you can call or email us instead.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to texts and marketing emails, by contacting general@hydrodynamic.us or (404) 248-2900.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
