Get the deck back before the season does
Wood under a Georgia tree canopy goes gray and slick within a season. We use a wood-safe cleaner and low pressure to remove the growth and dead fibers, leaving a clean surface that is ready for stain, sealer or just a cookout.
Deck, Patio & Fence Cleaning without the damage
High pressure on soft wood raises the grain and leaves fuzz and wand marks you can see for years. Our approach is detergent-first: the cleaner does the lifting, and a fan tip at modest pressure rinses it away with the grain.
Composite decking (Trex and similar) and vinyl fencing are cleaned the same way, with products that do not void the manufacturer warranty. If you plan to stain, we can time the cleaning so the wood is dry when your stain contractor arrives — or quote the staining ourselves.

What happens on the day
Clear and protect
Furniture, grills and planters are moved; nearby plants and windows are rinsed.
Wood-safe cleaner
A percarbonate or light hypochlorite mix is applied and allowed to break down mildew and gray fibers.
Low-pressure rinse
A wide fan tip at reduced pressure, always with the grain, never closer than needed.
Brighten and dry
An oxalic brightener evens the tone and neutralizes the cleaner. We set the furniture back when we are done.

“Easy to work with and did a great job. They took great care of the plants and bird houses around our house while they worked to ensure they were safe. The house looks so clean now!”
Deck, Patio & Fence Cleaning FAQ
How soon after cleaning can I stain?
Usually 48–72 hours of dry weather. We can recommend stain types that hold up in our humidity.
Will you strip old stain or sealer?
Cleaning removes dirt and growth and loosens failing finish. Full stripping is a separate step we can quote.
Do you clean composite decks?
Yes. Composite holds mildew in its texture; we clean it with a mild solution and low pressure, per manufacturer guidance.
Can you do the fence at the same time?
Yes, and it is cheaper to bundle. Tell us the approximate linear footage when you request a quote.
