Concrete & Flatwork

Driveways, walks and patios cleaned evenly — no wand stripes

Concrete is porous, so algae and mildew grow down into it. We pre-treat, clean with a rotary surface cleaner that keeps pressure uniform, then post-treat so the surface stays bright far longer than a rinse alone.

How we do it

Driveway & Concrete Cleaning without the damage

A pressure-washing wand leaves the familiar zebra pattern of overlapping arcs. A hooded surface cleaner spins two nozzles at a fixed height, which gives a flat, even finish from edge to edge. We follow with a wand only for edges, steps and expansion joints.

Brick pavers, flagstone and stamped concrete are cleaned at lower pressure to protect joint sand and sealers. Oil, rust and leaf-tannin stains get targeted treatments where possible; we will tell you up front what will and won't come out.

Process

What happens on the day

Pre-treatment

A detergent is applied to kill growth in the pores so it does not reappear within weeks.

Surface cleaning

A 20–28 inch rotary surface cleaner runs the full area at consistent pressure and height.

Detail work

Edges, expansion joints, steps and stubborn spots are hand-wanded.

Post-treatment and rinse

A final treatment brightens the concrete and slows regrowth; everything is rinsed to the street or lawn.

“Zack and his other crew member did a great job on my sidewalk, driveway and walkway! I wish I had taken before photos because they made such a huge difference. The gentleman were kind, professional and worked swiftly.”

Questions

Driveway & Concrete Cleaning FAQ

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?

Sound concrete is not harmed by a surface cleaner. Spalled or very old concrete can shed loose material; we lower pressure and let you know if we see that.

Can you remove oil stains?

Fresh oil usually lifts with a degreaser. Older, deeply soaked stains fade significantly but may not disappear completely.

Do you seal concrete or pavers?

We can quote sealing for pavers and stamped concrete after cleaning. Ask when you request your estimate.

Where does the dirty water go?

Runoff is directed to the lawn or storm drain in line with local rules; the detergents we use are biodegradable.
