Soft washing that makes the whole house look new again
Georgia humidity grows green algae on north-facing walls, black streaks under windows and a yellow film of pollen on everything. Soft washing removes all of it at garden-hose pressure.
House Soft Washing without the damage
A pressure washer on siding is a gamble: it strips paint, lifts vinyl laps and drives water behind the wall where it rots sheathing. We clean houses the way the siding manufacturers specify — a detergent mix applied at low pressure that kills the organic growth, followed by a thorough fresh-water rinse.
Because the cleaning is done by the solution rather than by force, the results last. Algae that is killed at the root takes far longer to come back than algae that is simply blasted off the surface.

What happens on the day
Walk-around and quote
We look at the siding type, the growth, the landscaping and the water sources, then send a written quote. No deposit.
Protect the property
Plants are pre-wetted, outlets and fixtures are covered, and anything fragile on the porch is moved.
Apply and dwell
A biodegradable sodium-hypochlorite and surfactant mix is applied from the ground. It dwells for a few minutes while it breaks down algae, mildew and dirt.
Rinse and inspect
Everything is rinsed top to bottom with fresh water, plants are rinsed again, and we walk the house with you before we leave.

“Easy to work with and did a great job. They took great care of the plants and bird houses around our house while they worked to ensure they were safe. The house looks so clean now!”
House Soft Washing FAQ
Is soft washing safe for my plants?
Yes, when it is done right. We pre-wet landscaping, keep the solution off foliage as much as possible, and rinse everything heavily afterward. We treat every foundation bed as if it were our own.
How long does a house wash take?
Most single-family homes take two to four hours. Large estates or heavily stained stucco can take most of a day.
How often should I have the house washed?
Every one to two years in North Georgia. Shaded, north-facing or tree-lined homes are at the shorter end of that range.
Will it remove the rust and red-clay stains?
Organic growth and dirt come off completely. Rust, irrigation stains and red clay sometimes need a secondary treatment, which we will point out in the quote.
