Windows you forget are there
Pollen, hard-water spots and the film left by a house wash all end up on the glass. We finish the job with a purified-water clean that dries spot-free and leaves nothing behind on tint, seals or frames.
Window & Glass Cleaning without the damage
Most of our window work is booked alongside a house wash or a storefront cleaning, when the glass is the last thing standing between a clean building and a finished one. We also schedule stand-alone window cleaning for homes and businesses that want it on a regular cycle.
Exterior panes are cleaned with water-fed poles and purified (deionized) water, which lets glass dry without the mineral spots tap water leaves and keeps ladders off your siding and landscaping. Interior glass, mirrors and glass doors are hand-cleaned with squeegee and lint-free cloths.

Surfaces included
- Residential windows and glass doors
- Storefront and office glass
- Glass railings and partitions
- Mirrors and interior glass

What happens on the day
Walk-through
We count panes, note tint, film or damaged seals, and confirm what is interior versus exterior.
Exterior pure-water clean
Water-fed pole with soft brush and deionized water; frames and sills get rinsed too.
Interior hand clean
Squeegee and microfiber on glass, mirrors and doors; tracks and screens if requested.
Detail check
Every pane is checked in angled light before we leave.

“Easy to work with and did a great job. They took great care of the plants and bird houses around our house while they worked to ensure they were safe. The house looks so clean now!”
Window & Glass Cleaning FAQ
Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes. Exterior-only is the most common add-on to a house wash; interior glass and mirrors are quoted separately and scheduled when someone is home.
Is it safe on tinted or coated glass?
Yes. Pure water and soft brushes do not touch tint, low-E coatings or seals. We do not use razor blades on tempered or coated glass.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Homes: once or twice a year, typically with the spring house wash and after pollen season. Storefronts: monthly or quarterly depending on traffic.
What does it cost?
Most residential jobs start at $225 and are priced by pane count and access. Commercial glass is quoted per visit or on a recurring schedule.
